From inspiration to Milan's Fine Foods
My love for cooking began with the belief that food is an art form — something you don’t simply taste, but experience and feel. After attending culinary school in Germany, I built my career in fine dining restaurants across Europe, where I learned how much care, creativity, and craftsmanship can go into a single plate.
What I love most about creating food for events is its ability to become part of a memory. A beautiful meal can set the tone for an evening, bring people together, and evoke emotions that stay with them long after the last course. Being able to create those moments for people is what continues to inspire me.
Our distinctive culinary style
At Milan's Fine Foods, we define our style as European fine dining with a French influence and subtle notes of Central and Eastern Europe. My approach combines classical techniques with modern presentation, creating food that is refined and elegant, yet warm, generous, and full of flavour.

Every menu I create is custom-designed. I work closely with my clients to understand their vision and preferences, then translate those ideas into a dining experience that feels uniquely theirs. From the first conversation to the final plate, my goal is to make the experience personal, seamless, and memorable — and to help bring their dream event to life.
